Description
Four bedroom Cyprus traditional stone build villa
with swimming pool and specious court yard and was
renewed on April 2006. The villa can be rented as a
whole house for 8 persons, or as four separate one
bedroom apartments. 4 additional folded beds can be
provided on request. Children below 12 y.o. free of
charge. Avli Villa is situated high in a quiet area
of Pentacomo village which is just 15 km away from
Limassol tourist area. There is a large court yard
with flowers and a swimming pool, sun beds,
traditional wooden tables and chairs and lots of
Cypriot handicrafts.
Facilities
All, four bedrooms have double, high quality KING
SIZE beds, and they are decorated with original
Cypriot materials; they all have in suite
facilities with bath or shower. (One of the
apartments has Jacuzzi). There is air conditioning
in all rooms Hot and Cold. Hair dryer and iron,
linen and towels are provided. Cleaning and
changing linen and towels are provided every 4 days
free of charge. A washing machine is available for
use by all guests.

Facilities
All four kitchenettes are well equipped with a 4
ring hob, cooker, oven, fridge, toaster, kettle,
and also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware,
cooking utensils. However eating out in Cyprus is
cheap and the food is delicious, so many people
don‘t bother to cook.
Extra information about the area
The villa is situated high in a quiet position in
Pentacomo Village which is located right in the
centre of the island, four kilometres from the
beach, and just 15 kilometres from Lemesos tourist
area. The location is a great advantage because
it's easy to organise day trips and see more of the
island. There are traditional restaurants, bank,
and mini market less than 500 hundred metres from
the villa.
There is a horse riding centre near by, Water Park,
Zoo, Camel Park as well as a biker centre. There
are also so many ancient places of interest in the
area. (Choirokitia Neolithic village, Kalavasos
Tenta, beautiful Saint George nunnery which is
located near the beach, the ancient town
“Amathunta”, the ancient town
“Kourion”, Lemesos Archaeological
Museum and many more…)

Additional information
Visiting Nicosia, Paphos, Akamas, or Troodos
mountains is less than one hour drive! Limassol and
Larnaca tourist area where you can enjoy night life
is less than 30 minutes drive. Travelling around
Cyprus is easy and driving is on the left. Governor's
and Saint George’s Beaches are less than 4
kilometres away. Apart of their excellent shallow
beaches, there is also the spectacular white rocks
area for those who like snorkelling, boating,
fishing…or have a nice walk in one of the many
nature trails on the hills near by, or on the beach
watching a beautiful sunrise There is a grate
selection of nice restaurants, where you can enjoy
your lunch or dinner sitting under the trees…
just a few meters away from the crystal water.
